Professional Accountant
She possesses vast experience in auditing and assurance services, consulting, financial management, internal controls, business processes, and risk management.
With extensive exposure to both the public and private sectors, she is passionate about crafting relevant, client-focused solutions that strengthen internal control systems, promote clean administration, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and support organisations in achieving their strategic goals while maximising profitability.
With almost a decade of professional experience, her expertise spans IFRS Accounting Standards, IFRS for SMEs, Generally Recognised Accounting Principles (GRAP), and Modified Cash Standards (MCS). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, an Honours degree in Commerce (Accounting), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accounting Science.
She has successfully completed the SAICA qualifying board examinations and is a qualified Chartered Accountant [South Africa], CA(SA).
Tafadzwa Victor Mwenda AGA (SA)
Professional Accountant
Victor T. Mwenda has over a decade of experience in financial accounting and management. His career began in January 2018, shortly after completing his BSc in Accounting, when he entered the banking sector.
He later joined UMNOTHO Business Consultants, where he worked as a consultant for various municipalities in Mpumalanga Province, including Lekwa Local Municipality and Victor Khanye Municipality.
Victor then moved to NMK Chartered Accountants as a trainee accountant, where he successfully completed his three-year training contract. During this time, he gained extensive auditing experience, including government audits through the Auditor-General (AG), group audits across industries such as property, farming, mining, and transport, as well as audits of both public and private schools in Gauteng.
After completing his articles, he was promoted to Audit Supervisor at NMKCA, where he broadened his leadership experience in accounting and auditing services. He further strengthened his professional profile by registering as a SAICA Assessor and becoming a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIA SA).
His expertise spans auditing, financial accounting, financial and performance reporting, financial management, planning and budgeting, compliance, governance, and risk management.
